1.Fully automated: The fully automated equipment integrates steps from sampling to nucleic acid purification, processes different samples simultaneously, and realizes real-time monitoring of nucleic acid extraction without manual intervention.
2.High-precision: 8-channel pipettes are provided, CV<3%, efficiency of magnetic beads adsorption>95%, efficiency of nucleic acid extraction>95%.
3.High-throughput: The fully automated equipment operates 8 channels simultaneously and completes nucleic acid extraction of 96 samples within 70 minutes.
4.High security: Cross contamination are avoided by fully enclosed operation, fully exhaust ventilation and cleaning system and sterilization regularly by UV.
5.High sensitivity: Positive rate of detection of samples containing 10 copies >98%.
